Very pleased to announce that I have been informed by the Western Morning News that my photo below of Kings Tor from Windy Post has been chosen as the winner of the Western Morning View competition.

Yet to be formally announced in the paper, I have been informed that the shot was chosen by a panel that included a judge from Nikon.

The photo was finally selected from a final panel of 26 that will all be included in the Western Morning Calendar for the coming year.

Look out for the publication sometime next week.
Following the formal announcement of the winners I have been invited up to their head office in Plymouth to collect my prize, a Nikon D7000 and 18-105mm VR kit worth over £1000!!.
A further article will then appear about me collecting my award.
